Just tell him your reservation name and he will open the door for you via remote. Go into the lobby. On our front desk you will find an envelope with your name on it. In the envelope you will find the key cards to your apartment as well as a description on getting to your apartment. The full check in procedure can be done at the front desk the next morning.
